In the grand scheme of the world, I’m definitely sure that there are a lot of people $12,000 could help, but if there were just one frivolous thing I could buy before I die… it would be a signed, original Ellsworth Kelly print.

My day came too soon.

Today, I came across the Ellsworth Kelly print I’d buy if today were the day I were allowed to buy that one frivolous thing in life. Alas, today $12,000 wouldn’t even get me back in the black on my West coast mortgage.
